So I took carb off and cleaned it real good then put back on, no change. Adjusted the valves and no change. Cleaned coil contacts, no change. Took Flywheel off and checked the Key. When trying to start with mower's 1.3 Amp hour battery it generally won't start again and seems to be turning over more slowly start warm vs. when cold. Spark tester is showing a spark when engine is warm. I tested of the voltage going to battery when the engine was running.

Possible cause 2: There is oil inside of the breather tube, which is connected to the mower’s carburetor. Oil can then soak into the air filter, causing a restriction and the mower to not start, or run rich with fuel. If there’s black smoke exhaust coming out of the mower, this is likely the cause. POSSIBLE SOLUTION: Replace the air filter.
